All items purchased from our store are only eligible for Store Credit
We have a 14-day return policy. That means after receiving your items, you have 14 days to initiate a return, and mailed the goods back to us within that grace period.
Our stocks are limited, so there is no exchanges at this moment. Customers are advised to return the goods and use the store credit towards their next items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reason for the return
We will respond back to you upon receiving your return between 1-3 business days. We will inspect and let you know if your order is approved or not. We have the right to accepted or decline your return. Once approve, we will mailed you a return label for you to send the goods back to us. Once we receive your order, we will process your store credit/discount code, which is valid for one use only. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. When you receive your refund your cost of return shipment will be deduct it.
Also we recommend you get a trackable shipping method or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost , stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), or the carrier of your order arrival. We are not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damaged packages that was delivered to your address. Providing us with correct mailing address. Restocking fee will apply for any return order for undeliverable address or refused packages by the customer. Also any delivery costs will apply to the customer.
